The leadership of the church forms the Local presbytery which is the main decision body of the Local Assembly. It made up of Elders, Deacons and Deaconesses. PIWC Northampton has a 13 member presbytery who makes decisions for the local assembly and deliberate on other issues as when it comes to the leadership
